摘要
矿石料场库位管理是钢铁企业原料物流管理的重要组成部分。以宝钢矿石输入系统为背景,综合考虑影响矿石料场管理的矿石输入计划、料场矿石存量现况、矿石输出计划等诸多因素,建立了矿石料场位置分配整数规划模型。并且经转变,给出了基于运输问题算法的模型优化求解步骤。案例分析表明此算法是实用和有效的。
Stock space management of ore yard play an important role in the logistics management of raw materials in a iron steel enterprise. Based on the ore input system in Baosteel Company, and an integer programming model of stock sites distribution in its ore yards is proposed. Some important factors are taken into consideration of modeling procedure, such as ore input plan, present status of ore storage, ore output plan. A optimizing solution based on transport algorithm is given and proved practical and effective in the case study.
