摘要
敏捷性是多式联运同盟的核心能力。在建立多式联运同盟敏捷性评价的综合评价指标体系基础上,利用层次分析法分析各指标的权重,然后采用灰色多层次关联分析评价不同多式联运同盟的敏捷性,用实例表明了该算法的有效性和实用性。
Agility is a core competency of the multimodal transport alliance. This paper establishes the evaluation index system, works out the weight through AHP and evaluates the multimodal transport alliance＇s agility based on multi-level grey relation analysis. The simulation experiment shows that the algorithm is effective and practical.
