Study on Effects of the Cooling Process after Rolling on the Properties of the Heat-treated 15CrMoR Plate

研究轧后冷却对15CrMoR热处理性能的影响,分析了不同轧后冷速对钢板热处理性能影响的实质。研究表明,轧后冷速越小,钢板热处理后各类组织越细,珠光体和回火贝氏体组织分布也越均匀,综合性能越好。

The thesis studied effects of the cooling process after rolling on the properties of the heat-treated 15CrMoR plates,and analyzed the substances of effecting of the different cooling rate after rolling on the properties of the heat-treated 15CrMoR plates.The studies show that the smaller the cooling rate after rolling is,the finer the microstructures of the heat-treated plate is,and the uniformer the distribution of the pearlites and the tempered-bainites is,and the better the is.
