摘要
分析中高锰铁水在转炉冶炼过程中的终点锰与渣系碱度、氧化铁间的关系以及中高锰铁水对转炉现有操作水平的影响,针对萍钢二钢厂铁水锰波动大的特点,提出了对中高锰铁水进行冶炼的操作技术指导。
High manganese molten iron which the end point manganese relate with alkalinity of slag system and iron oxide in process of converter smelting and influence of operation level for converter are analysed.According to characteristics of manganese content molten iron being unsteady at No.2 steel plant of Pinggang,technical guidance of smelting operation for high manganese molten iron is put forward.
