摘要
针对塞棒产品产生的特征裂纹,运用数值模拟工具进行了分析,发现成型和烧成缺陷在芯杆顶部集中,诱发裂纹产生。为此采用多种措施,来避免裂纹的发生。
The characteristic crack in stopper product is analysed by numerical simulation.The result shows that the defects in pressing and sintering are center on top of core rod,and cracks are formed.Therefore,some measures are adopted to avoid the occurrence of crack.
