摘要
针对权重不完全确定且属性取值为精确数、区间数和模糊数相结合的混合型多属性效能评估问题,提出了一种基于区间数灰关联投影的装备效能评估方法。介绍了该方法的基本概念和基本原理,建立了综合决策方案与正、负理想方案之间接近程度的决策模型,总结了用该方法进行效能评估的一般步骤。在此基础上,对几种类型的导弹进行了装备效能排序计算,验证了采用该方法评估装备效能的有效性和可行性。
For the problem of multi-attribute effectiveness evaluation with incomplete information on attribute weights and the attribute values are of different types as precision number, interval number and fuzzy numbers, an armament effectiveness evaluation method was proposed based on grey relational projection of interval numbers. The principle of the algorithm and some basic concepts were introduced. The decision-making model was set up considering the closeness degree of the decision scheme with both the positive and negative ideal plan. The general process for effectiveness evaluation by using this method was summarized. The method was applied to calculate the effectiveness of several types of missile, and the result proved the validity and feasibility of this method in armament effectiveness evaluation.
