磷铵尾气循环-流化氨化-干燥结晶耦合过程分析

Coupling Process Analysis for Granular Ammonium Phosphate Production by Fluidizing Ammonification and Granulation with Tail Gas Recycling

摘要 针对磷铵生产过程高含湿尾气排放量大和磷酸氨化反应热随压力变化小的特点,基于现有生产装置排放尾气质、热分析与传质传热推动力特征,文章首次提出尾气循环流化氨化制备粒状磷铵新工艺。通过合理的工艺安排,使尾气循环-流化氨化-干燥结晶过程耦合,以单个流化床替代了原有工艺所需的多个装置,缩短工艺流程的同时兼收资源和环境经济效益。 According to the characteristics of the tail gas, i.e. high humidity and huge, and reaction heat of phosphoric acid ammonification change little with pressure, based on the properties and quantities of material and enthalpy contained in the process exhaust from production line built with traditional technology, a novel process of granular ammonium phosphate production by fluidizing ammonification and granulation with tail gas recycling was put forward. The utilization, through careful arrangement, making tail gas recycling, fluidizing ammonification, crystallization and drying processes coupled, the fluidization bed has the effect of several instruments of traditional technology. This novel process contributes to both cutting production line and protection of environment and resources.
