摘要
滚动轴承的设计主要包括选型和校核计算,传统计算方法需频繁查阅手册、反复计算。文章在AutoCAD环境下利用其内嵌的VBA进行二次开发,完成了选型与校核系统设计,并在系统中充分考虑影响选型的多因素的程序化算法及表达方法。同时介绍了表格数据的处理方法、各模块的功能等。经过测试,系统运行稳定、计算准确。
Rolling bearing' s design includes calculation of selection and check. The method of traditional calculation needs frequent access to manuals, repeated calculation. This paper uses it' s embedded VBA for secondary development in the AutoCAD environment, Design of the Selection and checking system is completed. And many affected factors of the selection is talked fully into account about programmed algorithm and expression in system. At the same time, method is introduced about treatment of table data, the module~ functions, etc. Though testing, it is stable operation and accurate calculation. improving the efficiency of the traditional system.
