摘要
以离子液体[bmim]Br作为绿色反应溶剂,通过脱氢松香酸酰氯与葡萄糖的O-酰化反应,合成了脱氢松香酸葡萄糖酯(GDA)。对反应的影响因素进行了初步探讨,并用薄层色谱(TLC)、IR、13C NMR等多种方法对目标产物进行了分析和表征。研究结果表明,该合成方法条件温和,环境友好,且离子液体可循环使用3次以上。
In the presence of ionic liquid [ bmim ] Br as green reaction solvent, glucose dehydroabietate (GDA) was synthesized by O-acylation of dehydroabietyl chloride with glucose. The influencing factors of the reaction were investigated preliminarily, and the target product was analyzed and characterized by TLC, IR, and 13C NMR methods. The results showed that this new method had the advantages of mild condition and environmental benignity. Furthermore, the ionic liquid[ bmim] Br could be reused for at least 3 times.
