摘要
以乙醇为提取剂对落叶松树皮进行两次提取,利用柱色谱对提取物进行分离并对提取物及分离后各组分进行总酚含量、原花青素含量测定,利用Fe3+还原力测定方法及DPPH法对其抗氧化能力进行测定。结果表明,第一次浸泡,提取物得率13.68%,总酚占总提取物质量58.60%,原花青素占总酚质量的17.86%。第二次浸泡,提取物得率11.91%,总酚占总提取物质量的29.02%,原花青素占总酚质量的11.21%。Fe3+还原力测定分析样品抗氧化能力结果表明,各样品对Fe3+的还原能力与其总酚浓度和原花青素浓度基本上为正相关关系。DPPH自由基清除实验表明,各样品均具有较强清除自由基能力。第一次提取物能够快速起效,第二次提取物则具有缓慢而持续的自由基清除能力。
Bark of Larix gmelini was extracted twice with ethanol and the extracts were seperated by column chromatography (CC). The total phenol content and procyanidins content of the extracts and fractions were determined. The experiments on their reducing ability by FeCI3/K3Fe(CN)6 method and antioxidation ability by using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) were performed. The result showed that, for the first extract, its yield was 13.68 % and its total phenol content was 58.60 %. The procyanidins accounted for 17.86 % of the total phenol. For the second extract, its yield was 11.91% and its total phenol content was 29.02 %. The procyanidins accounted for 11.21% of the total phenol. The ability of reducing Fe^3+ of all samples are positively correlated with their total phenol concentration and proanthocyanidins concentration. All samples had good ability of eliminating DPPH radicals. The first extract worked quickly while the second extract did slowly but lasted longer.
