沙棘全果渣中原花青素提取纯化工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以儿茶素为对照,沙棘原花青素得率为考察指标,通过正交试验法优选提取沙棘全果渣中原花青素的最佳工艺,并在此基础上,采用大孔树脂吸附分离纯化原花青素提取物。结果表明,超临界CO2脱脂后的沙棘全果渣中原花青素最佳提取工艺参数为:70%(体积分数)乙醇作溶剂,温度40℃,提取时间1 h,料液比1∶7(g∶mL),得率为3.67%,D-101型树脂对沙棘全果渣中原花青素吸附能力较强,用50%乙醇洗脱效果最好,纯化后的原花青素纯度可达73.3%。 Studies on the optimum process of extracting procyanidins from whole marc of sea buckthorn were catTied out by orthogonal test, and content of procyanidins was determinated using catechin as reference substance. Extracts of whole marc of sea buckthorn were isolated and purificated by macroporous resin adsorption. The result shows that the optimum parameters of extraction is 70 % (volume fraction) ethanol as solvent, ratio of solid to liquid 1 : 7 (g: mL), extraction temperature 40 ℃ and extraction time 1 h, yield 3.67 % , D-101 resin has high adsorption ability to procyanidins from whole marc of sea buckthorn and 50 % ethanol has the optimum eluting effect. The purity of procyanidins is 73.3 % .
