摘要
采用夹杂物图像分析仪、大样电解、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,研究了冷镦钢冶炼过程中各个环节T[O]、[N]的变化规律以及夹杂物的类型、数量、分布,定性和定量分析了该钢种各工序夹杂物的变化规律,提出了改进措施。
With inclusion picture analyzer, big sample electrolysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, it is studied the change law of [ TO ], [ N ] and type, quantity and distribution of inclusion in different stage of smelting of cold heading steel in ways of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Some improving measures proposed.
