With the constant increase of the number of graduates from higher vocational colleges in Liaoning,the employment work of higher vocational college is under great pressure.Therefore,from the construction of both visible and invisible markets,this paper aims at innovative constructing of characteristics and full function for employment market of higher vocational graduates in Liaoning,and pulls off the full employment of higher vocational graduates in Liaoning.
