基于创新过程的高职校企合作有效性问题研究——以山东畜牧兽医职业学院校企合作实践为例

The Study of Validity Problem for Cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises Based on Innovative Process

校企合作是高等职业教育办学的基本方式,是当前我国职业教育改革与发展的方向,已成为实现产学研结合的重要途径。其成功与否关系到高等职业教育能否办出特色,从某种意义上说,也是高等职业教育成败兴衰的决定性因素。通过剖析山东畜牧兽医职业学院校企合作的特色实践,分析当前高职院校校企合作中存在的问题,指出今后高职院校校企合作的发展方向并提出应采取的措施。

Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the basic form to run higher vocational education,and it is the direction of reform and development in our country＇s vocational education at present,which has already becomes the important approach to realize the combination of production-teaching-research.Whether it is successful is related to the fact that higher vocational education runs its characteristics.In certain sense,it is also the decisive factor for the succeed and failure of higher vocational education.Through the analysis of the characteristic practice of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in Shandong Vocational College of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine,this paper analyzes the present problems existed in the cooperation,and puts forward the developing direction and corresponding countermeasures for the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in future.
