The Investigation and Analysis on the Status of Credibility of Malpractice Appraisement in Hainan Province

医疗事故技术鉴定是解决医疗事故纠纷的核心环节。为提高鉴定活动的公信力,应当强化医学会的民间性、自主性,采取措施尽量避免医疗事故鉴定活动中的地域和职业保护倾向,明确鉴定组织人员和鉴定人所承担的法律责任,并加强对医疗事故鉴定活动的监督。

The malpractice appraisement is the nucleus to resolve the medical disputes.In order to improve the credibility of malpractice appraisement,we should intensify the nongovernmental and autonomy of the medical association,avoid the tendency of regional and profes- sional protectionism in the malpractice appraisement as much as possible, definite the legal responsibility of appraiser and organizer, and strengthen the supervision to the malpractice appraisement.
