养阴活血生津法治疗干燥综合征

The Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Yangyin Huoxue Shengjin Fang in Treating Yin Asthenia Generating Intrinsic Heat and Blood Stasis Due to Loss of Body Fluid of Sjogren Syndrome

目的:通过临床对照,观察自拟中药方"养阴活血生津方"对干燥综合征患者临床症状的影响及对机体免疫系统的调节作用,完善有中医特色和治疗优势的辨证方法。方法:选择符合诊断标准的干燥综合征(SS)患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组为西药治疗组,治疗组在对照组用药的前提下,加用养阴活血生津方的中药治疗。两组连续观察6个月,于服药前、服药后3个月、6个月分别观察临床疗效,检测血沉(ESR),免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgM、IgA),滤纸试验(Shirmer’s)及唾液含糖试验的变化,同时对治疗组30例检测T淋巴细胞亚群变化。根据治疗前后临床症状积分及实验室指标的变化,评定SS的疗效结果。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组总有效率为46.67%,两组比较,经统计学处理,P<0.01,差异有显著性。临床疗效上,对于改善口干、眼干、潮热、乏力、便秘、红绛舌、光剥苔等局部及全身症状,在降低免疫球蛋白、增加泪液、唾液分泌等方面,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:①养阴活血生津方可有效缓解干燥综合征患者的临床症状,配合西药治疗其疗效优于单纯西药组。②可降低血清中免疫球蛋白水平,纠正高球蛋白血证,使体液免疫功能亢进得到一定抑制。③有促进泪腺及唾液腺分泌的作用。

Objective：By clinical comparison ,to investigate the immunoregulatory and therapeutic effects of Chinese herbal medicine for nourishing yin, promoting the production of body fluid and promoting blood flow （ named Yangyin Huoxue Shengjin Fang） on the type of yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat and blood stasis due to loss of body fluid of Sjogren syndrome （SS）. Perfection dialectical method of being characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine and prevalent therapia. Methods： 60 SS patients were randomly divided into treat group and control group,30 examples for per group. While keeping the Western medicine treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing yin, promoting the produc- tion of body fluid and promoting blood flow were added to the treatment group. Observation six month consecutively ,the erythrocyte sedation rate （ESR）,immunoglobulin, Schirmer＇s test, and salivary flow were performed before and every 3 months. At the same time,T lymphocyte subsets were detected before and after treatment on the treat group. Results： The effective rate of the treat group was 86.67%, which significantly surpassed the effective rate of the control group （46. 6/% ） after treatment（P 〈 O. 01 ）. Yangyin Huoxue Shengjin Fang can ease local and general condition, such as dry mouth, dry eye, hectic fever,fatigue, constipation and coated tongue, and so on. Also it can lower immunoglobulin, regulating T lymphocyte, improve secretion of lacrimal gland and salivary flow. With respect to these points, the treat group is better than the control group. Conclusion：（~）Yangyin Huoxue Shengjin Fang may effectively alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with Sjogreng syndrome, with western medicine to treat their efficacy is better than western medicine. （2）It can reduce the serum immunoglobulin levels, to correct high blood globulin, so that humoral immune function in a certain suppression hyperthyroidism. （3）To promote the role of the lacrimal and salivary gland secretion.
