摘要
目的:观察绞股蓝颗粒对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠血管活性物质表达的影响,探讨其治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制。方法:利用单侧肾切除加STZ注射法改良复制糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,分为正常组、模型组、治疗组(绞股蓝颗粒高、中、低剂量组及缬沙坦对照组),观察糖尿病肾病模型大鼠肾组织ET-1、NO含量、ETRmRNA的表达的变化。结果:治疗组肾组织ET-1及NO含量显著减少,肾组织ETARmRNA明显下调,与模型对照组相比,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:绞股蓝颗粒可用于治疗早期糖尿病肾病,其机制可能与其调节血管活性物质紊乱有关。
Objective : Observing the effect of on the renal vascellum active substance' s expression in diabetic nephropathy, to find out the possible mechanism of the therapeutical effect of gynostemma pentaphyna powder to diabetic nephropathy. Methods : The experimental rats were divided into six groups : normal group , model group and treatment groups ( high, middle,low dose groups of gynostemma pentaphylla powder and the Valsartan group). The content of the renal endothelin - 1, the expression of mRNA of endothelin receptor in kidney,the content of the nitrogen monoxidnm and activity of nitricoxide synthases in kidney were observed. Results : The content of the renal endothelin - 1, the expression of mRNA of endothelin receptor A in kidney, the content of the nitrogen monoxidum in kidney in treatment groups was lower than the model group, compared with the model control group, the difference were significant (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Gynostemma pentaphylla powder can be used to treat early diabetic nephropathy, and the mechanism maybe is regulating the disorder of the endothelin & nitric oxide system.
