复方蝉衣药液对兔耳输液性静脉炎的实验研究

An Experimental Study On the Compound Liquid Medicine of Chan-yi to the Transfused Phlebitis of Rabbits

目的:通过实验研究复方蝉衣药液对兔耳输液性静脉炎的皮温、微循环、病理组织形态的影响。方法:以兔耳缘静脉为研究对象,使用20%甘露醇静脉推注制造实验性静脉炎模型,24只新西兰家兔随机分为模型组、复方红花酊组、复方蝉衣药液组。造模成功后分别予以0.9%生理盐水、复方红花酊、复方蝉衣药液外用治疗,每日定时监测局部皮温,观察静脉的微循环和组织形态学改变。结果:复方蝉衣药液能降低由甘露醇引起的静脉炎局部皮温,同时具有改善局部微循环、修复受损血管内皮、减轻血管周围出血等作用。结论:复方蝉衣药液具有减轻兔耳输液性静脉炎的作用。

Objective：To research the influence of the compound liquid medicine of Chan -yi to cutaneous tempera- ture, microcirculation and pathologic tissue of transfused phlebitis of rabbits. Methods：A total of 24 healthy New Zealand rabbits were divided into model group ,compound tincture of Hong - hua group and compound liquid medieine of Chan- yi group. Experimental phlebitis models were prepared by intravenously infusing 20% mannitol for rabbits. Corresponding interventions were given for ribbits regularly after transfusion in each group. Measuring cutaneous temperature and viewing the change of microcirculation and pathologie tissue with light microscope or electric mirror regularly everyday. Results ： The compound liquid medicine of Chan - yi could depress the cutaneous temperature, improve the microcireulation, renovate the injured blood vessel endothelium and relieve the bleeding round blood vessel of transfused phlebitis of rabbit. Conclusion ：The compound liquid medicine of Chan - yi had the effect of alleviating the transfused phlebitis of rabbits.
