Vitiligo is a obstinate disease which is seen usually but difficult to treatment. Because its causes of disease is not yet clear, thus forms the clinical TCM syndrome in a intriguing condition. For the standard Chinese medicine dia- lectical rule, this article takes the TCM syndromes and the causes of disease as a breakthrough point, discussing vitiligo clinical distribution of TCM syndrome and staging rule, and has further proven this dialectical validity, which provides the basis for the vitihgo clinical diagnosis and treatment. And at last proposed the question which is urgently needed to sclve in the standard dialectical rule process.
