标准化病人及其在我国中医教育中的应用

Application of Standardized Patient in TCM Education in China

标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)是一种新兴的教学及考核模式。近年来,其在中医教育中也有一些实际应用,并取得一定的收获。就这一模式在我国中医教育中开展的基本情况,SP的来源与培训,其在中医学科临床教学与考核及客观结构临床考试(Objective Structured Clinical Examination,OSCE)中的应用及其利弊做一综述。

Standardized patient （SP） is a new mode of teaching and assessment. In recent years, TCM education has some practical applications of SP and made some gains of it in China. This paper reviewed SP＇s application status in TCM education in China from the application of different sources of SP, SP training, SP in clinical TCM teaching and assessment, SP in Objective Structured Clinical Examination （OSCE）, as well as the advantages and limitations of it.
