急危重症新生儿院前急救转运818例临床分析

Clinical analysis on pre-hospital care and transportation in 818 critical newborn infants

目的通过早期机械通气高级生命支持,提高安全转运成功率。方法对有呼吸或心血管功能恶化危险的危重症患儿,适当放宽机械通气指征,早期机械通气高级生命支持等。结果818例全部成功转运。结论危重症患儿转运时,适当放宽机械通气指征,可提高安全转运成功率。

Objective To perform early advanced life support （ACLS） with mechanical ventilation to ensure the successful transportation of the infants. Methods The indications for mechanical ventilation in the transportation of the critical infants with deteriorating respiratory and cardiovascular function were properly broadened. Results There are 818 successful cases. Conclusion The properly broadening the indications for mechanical ventilation can ensures the successful transportation of the critical infants.
