Determination of Icraiin in the Compound Oralliquid of Hongjiachongcao by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定红甲虫草口服液中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil-ODS-C18柱;乙腈-水(25:75)为流动相;检测波长为270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷的平均回收率和RSD分别为99.98%和0.91%。结论:本法快速,简便,灵敏,适合于红甲虫草口服液中淫羊藿苷含量的测定。

Objective： To establish a method of determination of icraiin in the compound oral liquid of Hongjiachong- cao. Methods： The Diamonsil- ODS- C18 was used and mobile phase was composed of methanol- water（25：75） with detection vavelength at 270nm. Results： The average recovery of icraiin was 99.98%, RSD = 0.91%. Conclusions： The method is rapid, simple, accurate, and suitable for the determination of icraiin in the compound oral liquid of Hongjiachongcao.
