摘要
目的:建立补阳还五汤配方颗粒中山柰素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定该配方颗粒中山柰素的含量。色谱条件:Waters2487C18(5μm,4.6mm×200mm)为色谱柱,0.5%NaH2PO4溶液(pH4.8)-乙腈(60:40)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:367nm。结果:山柰素浓度在0.216~5.400μg/mL之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,r=0.999989,平均回收率95.91%,RSD=2.81%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可用于补阳还五汤配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of Kaempferol in dispensing granule of Buyanghuanwutang by HPLC. Methods : The content of Kaempferol in dispensing granule of Buyanghuanwutang by HPLC. The chromatographic conditions were Waters2487 C18 (5 μm ,4.6mm × 200mm) as analytic column ,0.5 % Nail2 PO4 (pH4.8) - methyl cyanide(60:40) as mobilephase,the flow rate being 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength at 367nm. Results: The linearity of Iearrin in the range of 0.216 - 5. 400μg/mL was good,r = 0. 9999 89. The average recovery is 95.91% ,and RSD is 2.81%. Conclusion:The HPLC method iS accurate, reliable, specific, and can be used for the quality contro ] of dispensing granule of Buyanghuanwutang.
