门静脉癌栓是肝细胞癌常见而重要的生物学特性,是影响肝细胞癌预后的最重要因素。本文就肝细胞癌合并癌栓的形成、分型与手术治疗进展作一综述。

Portal vein tumor thrombus is an important bionomics for hepatoceUular carcinoma, and also is an important factor which influences the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. In this paper, we will review the formation, typing and surgery of hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus.
