摘要 利用新型磁控静电纺丝方法对聚丙烯腈进行纺丝试验研究,分别在不同的电压条件下引入磁场,通过比较引入磁场前后的纤维形貌、纤维结晶度及纤维力学性能,来研究磁场对纤维微观结构及性能的影响。结果表明:磁场对纺丝结果有一定的影响,随着磁场的引入,纤维平均直径减小、结晶度增大、断裂强度增大。 Polyacrylonitrile was researched with new magnetic control electrostatic spinning. Under different voltage conditions, the experiment introduced magnetic field and compared the fiber's shape, crystallinity and mechanical property before and after introduce magnetic field, to research the effect of magnetic field to fiber microstructure on the aspect of structure and property. The results showed: magnetic field had some effect to the result of spinning, with the introducing of magnetic field, average diameter of fiber decrease, crystallinity raised and breaking strength raised as well.
