摘要
本文将光学成像和图像处理技术应用于压缩天然气(CNG)储气井的井壁腐蚀检测,介绍了检测系统的基本组成和测井的基本方法,并对摄像头近距离相对运动造成的模糊图像进行了矫正,通过滤波、锐化等处理提高图像质量。在此基础上,本文针对CNG储气井检测的特点,采用了一种图像拼接算法——相位相关算法,把多幅图像拼接成连续的井内壁图像。实验表明,本文的检测系统和方法有助于在役CNG储气井内壁腐蚀的检测。
In this paper, we proposed a system for inspection of sidewall corrosion of CNG (compressed natural gas) gas storage wells, which is based on optical imaging and image processing technology. We introduced the fundamental components of the system and the basic inspecting method, and corrected the blurry image caused by the comparative movement of cameras. By filtering and sharpening, quality of images was improved. Based on the requirement of the inspection of corrosion of CNG gas storage wells, this paper used a image mosaic algorithm phase correlation algorithm, to form a global image from a series local images. The experimental results showed that the inspecting system and method are useful to the inspection of corrosion of CNG gas storage wells.
