摘要 详细描述了同步操作实时远程会诊系统设计中使用的关键技术。通过使用SQL数据库,实现会诊医院、会诊病人基本信息和会诊过程信息管理;借助RTC模块,方便有效控制声音和视频设备,会诊医生实现语音、视频的实时交互;通过使用ACE提供的SDK,会诊系统实现网络连接管理及病人文件信息和会诊结果的传递;利用特定的数据结构传送各种操作指令,实现会诊双方文件选择、图像处理和图像标注操作同步。多家医院现场使用证明,该系统语音清晰流畅,同步操作响应速度快,完全满足使用要求。 This paper is primarily a detailed description of the key techniques useful in the design of real-time remote consultation system with synchronization operation. Using database technologies, this system manages all kind of information of hospitals, patients and consultation process, The application of RTC module gives an convenient and effective control means for voice equipment and video equipment, leads to the realization of real-time interaction of voice, video among consultation-doctors. Utilization of SDK provided by ACE made the internet connection, files information and diagnosis conclusion transmission possible in remote consultation system. Specific data-structure can deliver different operating instructions over distance. It is to achieve that synchronization operation of selection files, image processing and label in picture. This system has characteristic of lamprophonia and quickly speed of response, Experiments at hospitals proved a superior performance of the system in practice.
