This paper is primarily a detailed description of the key techniques useful in the design of real-time remote consultation system with synchronization operation. Using database technologies, this system manages all kind of information of hospitals, patients and consultation process, The application of RTC module gives an convenient and effective control means for voice equipment and video equipment, leads to the realization of real-time interaction of voice, video among consultation-doctors. Utilization of SDK provided by ACE made the internet connection, files information and diagnosis conclusion transmission possible in remote consultation system. Specific data-structure can deliver different operating instructions over distance. It is to achieve that synchronization operation of selection files, image processing and label in picture. This system has characteristic of lamprophonia and quickly speed of response, Experiments at hospitals proved a superior performance of the system in practice.
