摘要
建设工程的根本绩效是推动社会的健康发展,建设工程在推动社会发展的同时,也伴生许多社会问题,西部大开发和国家刺激经济发展规划催生大量建设工程,必然要求解决好建设工程伴生的社会问题。建设工程是由参与项目的组织共同形成的社会网络实施的,解决工程伴生问题需要运用针对组织互动的社会网络分析方法。按照业务和监管关系建立其建设工程社会网络,并进行网络分析,发现建设工程宏观绩效中公众利益和自然环境效益最难得到保障,找出了社会网络中影响项目绩效的关键组织和个体,认为建设项目的最大受益者应该分配更多的社会责任,满足建设工程的绩效要求,提出一种建设工程绩效设置的模型,试图改善建设工程项目引出的诸多社会问题。
The fundamental performance of construction projects is to promote the healthy development of society, and construction projects are always promoting social development, but also associated with many social problems as well. Construction projects are implemented by the formation of social networks involved in the projects, and the core of the implementation of con- struction projects is allocation process of social resources on each node in the network, social network structure interprets about the specific social relations, which determines the direction and weights of resources flow. In this paper, we employed social network analysis to explore the impact of organizational factors to performance of construction projects, and gave a performance setting model, so as to solve or reduce many social problems of construction project.
