油纸绝缘内部气隙缺陷电劣化过程中局部放电的测量与模拟 被引量:39

摘要 对油纸绝缘内部扁平气隙缺陷模型进行连续局部放电试验,在不同阶段进行局部放电相位谱图(phase resolved partial discharge pattern,PRPD)的采集。发现由局部放电导致的介质电劣化过程中其局部放电表现可分为5个阶段,前4个阶段的PRPD谱图具有很大的差别。采用基于局部放电物理过程的放电模型进行了计算机模拟,利用计算机模拟对谱图变化原因作了解释。通过对比计算机模拟过程中模型参数的变化和试验结果,对电劣化过程中缺陷气隙内部的物理变化过程进行了研究。研究结果为通过局部放电测量判断介质电劣化的发展状态提供了试验及理论依据。 The continuous test on oil-pressboard insulation with internal disc-void was developed and the phase resolved partial discharge pattern (PRPD) of partial discharge (PD) signals during electrical degradation process was measured. It shows that the PD pattern could be classified into five stages and great diversity in first four stages is observed. The computer numerical simulation model which is based on a physical discharge process was established. The causes of PD pattern change were interpreted by comparison to computer numerical simulation results. The model parameters in different stage have been studied and insight into the physical changes in the void during electrical degradation. The results provide rules for the identification of the electrical degradation stage by the partial discharge measurements.
