Synthesis and characterization of degradable poly(dimethylsilyloxyl oxalate)

摘要 以草酸与二甲基-二乙酰氧基硅烷为单体,采用熔融缩聚法合成了聚(二甲基硅基草酸酯),并通过1H-核磁共振、差示扫描量热法、热重分析、凝胶渗透色谱对聚合物进行了表征。结果表明,聚(二甲基硅基草酸酯)的特性黏数为0.173 mL/g、数均分子量为28496、分子量分布指数为1.38,其主链中存在结晶区,且热稳定性高。 Poly(dimethylsilyloxyl oxalate) was synthesized with oxalic acid and diacetoxydimethylsilane by melting polycondensation. The polymer was characterized by ^1H-nuclear magnetic resonance, differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis and gel permeation chromatography. The resuits showed that the intrinsic viscosity of poly(dimethylsilyloxyl oxalate ) was 0.173mL/g, number-average molecular meight and its distribution was 28 496, 1.38, respectively. The crystalline region existed in the main chain of poly (dimethylsilyloxyl oxalate), and the thermal stability was well.
