缺血性脑血管病诊断方法的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 有关缺血性脑血管病诊断方法的研究近年有了许多进展.随着计算机体层扫描(CT).核磁共振(MRI)、放射性核素技术和数字减影血管造影术(DSA)在缺血性脑血管病诊断中的应用,逐渐代替了常规的脑阻抗血流图和传统的脑血管造影术.现将该领域的研究进展综述如下。一、CT应用于临床已近20年,但直接显示脑血管的病变仍有较大难度,须结合脑血管造影方对脑血管闭塞,脑血管瘤或脑血管畸形的定位和定性诊断有较大帮助.CT对缺血性脑梗塞的诊断具有重要价值,但早期诊断一直是很难解决的问题.一般认为在缺血性脑梗塞发病的24小时之内很难发现梗塞灶.
