摘要 采用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn的履带车辆子系统Track(HM),建立某型履带车辆多体动力学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink下建立了整车动态系统仿真模型。对履带车辆在硬、软多种地面的加速过程进行动力学仿真和对比分析,着重讨论在不同滑转率的条件下履带车辆的加速性能以及滑转率对加速性能的影响,并通过实车试验对分析结果进行了验证。仿真和试验的结果为履带车辆加速性能的研究与滑转的控制提供参考。 A multi-body dynamical model of a tracked vehicle was created based on the multi-body dynamic software RecurDyn/ Track(HM). And the system dynamical simulation model was finished in Matlab/Simulink. The simulations of the tracked vehicle acceleration on hard and soft terrain were implemented respectively, and their results were analyzed and compared. The acceleration performance and the effects of slip-ratio on acceleration performance were discussed emphatically at different slip-ratio for the tracked vehicle. The analyzed results were verified by a real testing of the tracked vehicle. The simulation and the experiment results can provide some theoretical reference for studying the acceleration characteristics and slip control of tracked vehicles.
