摘要 目的:探讨PTTG、c-myc和P53蛋白在食管癌及癌前病变组织中的表达、相互关系及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化EnVision法检测食管癌、癌前病变及正常食管粘膜组织中PTTG、c-myc和P53蛋白的表达情况。结果:PTTG、c-myc和P53蛋白在正常食管粘膜组织与癌前病变和食管癌组织比较有统计学意义,癌前病变与食管癌组织比较有统计学意义,PTTG和c-myc蛋白的高表达与食管癌的临床分期和淋巴结转移有关;P53蛋白的高表达仅与淋巴结转移有关。结论:PTTG、c-myc和P53蛋白的过度表达参与了食管癌的发生、发展过程,PTTG基因的突变或激活是食管癌发生的早期事件。 Objective.. To detect the expression of PTTG, c-myc and P53 protein in esophageal carcinoma and precarcerous lesion, and to elucidate the relationship of their protein expression and their clinical significance. Methods: We detected PTTG, c-myc and P53 protein expression in esophageal carcinoma, precarcerous tissues and normal nasopharyngeal epithelium by immunohistochernistry method. Results: The expression rates of PTTG, c-myc and P53 protein were significant different in esophageal carcinoma, precarcerous cases and normal nasopharyngeal epithelium. In addition, the expression rate of PTTG and c-myc protein were correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. The expression rates of P53 protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusions: During esophageal carcinogenesis, there may be over expression of PTTG, c-myc and P53 protein. Mutation and stimulation of PTTG gene may be an early thing of esophageal carcinogenisis.
