屎肠球菌58株耐药性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析所分离58株屎肠球菌的临床分布及耐药性,为其感染治疗提供病原学调查及实验室依据,以指导临床合理用药,降低细菌的耐药性。方法:总结分离培养的屎肠球菌及药物敏感性实验结果,仪器采用美国BD公司的phoenix100全自动微生物鉴定/药敏系统。结果:从各类临床送检标本2257例中共分离屎肠球菌58株,其对万古霉素、替考拉宁、吗啉酮敏感率较高,对红霉素、利福平、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、左氧沙星、青霉素、氨苄西林耐药率均为100%。高水平庆大霉素和链霉素耐药率分别为95.5%和60%。屎肠球菌对多种抗菌药物的耐药率高于粪肠球菌。结论屎肠球菌是本院临床分离率较高的病原菌,其多重耐药现象较严重。
