羊仔毛针织物防缩整理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用双氧水与酶HAP联合处理羊仔毛针织物进行防缩整理,研究双氧水处理体积分数、处理温度、处理时间、酶处理用量及酶处理时间对织物减量率、顶破强力下降率和面积收缩率的影响,得出工艺条件不同,羊仔毛针织物的面积收缩率不同。通过实验进行优化处理工艺,确定出双氧水与酶HAP联合处理羊仔毛针织物时防缩整理的最佳工艺为:双氧水处理体积分数6%,温度55℃,时间60 min,酶用量3.0%(owf),时间60 min。 During the process with hydrogen peroxide and HAP enzyme applied to cashmere knitted fabric for advantages of excellent anti-felting property, study on the loss in weight, strength and area of the wool knitted fabric at different the volume fraction, process temperature, process time of hydrogen peroxide, and process dosage and time of HAP enzyme. The wool knitted fabric have different shrinkage under process condition. We obtained an optimized technology condition : the reactive density of 60 mL/L hydrogen peroxide and a dosage of 3.0 % HAP enzyme running 60 minutes at a temperature of 55 ℃ and 50 ℃ respectively.
