摘要
研究毛织物染整加工过程中常用的Lanaset染料染羊毛时产生的废水对环境的影响。首先对Lanaset染料常规染色过程中产生的主要污染指标进行测试分析,主要监测指标为色度、pH值、电导率、COD值和总氮。结果表明:废水中污染指标值随染料结构以及染色工艺条件不同而变化,废水中色度、电导率、COD值和总氮含量随染料用量的增加而增大。指出毛纺印染厂应根据各自采用的加工方法特点,选择相应的废水处理方法。
The paper mainly studied the influence of the waste water discharged from wool product dyeing process with Lanaset dyes on the environment, measured key pollution indicators produced from conventional dyeing process of Lanaset dye. The main monitoring indexes include chroma, pH, electrical conductivity, COD and total nitrogen. The result showed that these contamination index values differ from dye structure and dyeing process. The value of chroma, electrical conductivity, COD and total nitrogen increased with the amount of dyes. However, wool product dyeing plant should choose wastewater treatment method according to dyes and dyeing process. Research result provides reference data for wastewater treatment discharged from wool dyeing and finishing process.
