羊绒、兔绒、驼绒纤维拉伸性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择羊绒、兔绒、驼绒3种毛绒纤维进行一次拉伸断裂性能和定伸长弹性测试,并将测试数据对比分析,结果表明,3种毛绒纤维中,兔绒断裂强力最低,但初始模量最高,比强度最大;通过干湿态对比,兔绒纤维强力下降最多,其伸长率也有所下降;3种毛绒纤维在相同作用时间下,弹性回复率都随着伸长率的增加而逐渐减小,在伸长率相同的情况下,弹性回复率则随着作用时间的增加而减小;3种毛绒纤维中,兔绒的弹性特征最明显,弹性回复率最好,优于羊绒和驼绒。 In this paper, it tests the tensile properties of cashmere, rabbit fiber and camel fiber. The results show that the rabbit fiber's tensile strength is lowest, but the initial modulus and specific tenacity are best. The rabbit fiber's wet tensile strength is declined more than the other two kinds of fibers, and the breaking elongation rate is also declined. Under the same effect time, the elastic recovery is all declined along with the percentage of elongation is added. Under the same percentage of elongation, the elastic recovery is all declined along with the effect time is added. The rabbit fiber's elastic recovery is the best in these fibers.
