摘要
文中介绍了一种基于CAN总线的开关磁阻电机远程控制系统。该系统主要有PC上位机、CAN总线、RS-485与开关磁阻电机组成。作为工业级RS-485与CAN总线被广泛应用,文中设计了RS-485-CAN通信接口,下位机中的数据利用CAN总线进行通信,与上位机的通信则利用RS-485来实现。论文提出了基于卡尔曼滤波器的PID控制器,这是将普通PID控制与卡尔曼滤波器相结合的控制方法。介绍了卡尔曼滤波器滤波原理,给出了基于卡尔曼滤波器的PID控制器结构。利用Matlab进行仿真,结果显示这种新型的控制器是有效的。
In this paper, a removed control system for switch reluctance motor based on CAN bus. The system is mainly of PC client, CAN bus,RS-485 and SRM. The RS-485 and CAN bus are general methods applied to transfer of data in industry. A RS-485-CAN interface module is designed. Data transmission between down nodes had been realized with CAN bus, and communication between PC is achieved through RS-485. This paper presents the PID control model based on Kalman filter. A general PID control method combined with Kalman filter. The principle of Kalman filter is introduced, and the structure of the PID controller based on Kalman filter is put forward. The simulation using by Matlab results show that the new controller is effective.
