摘要
利用物质辐射的特征光谱,分析物质的化学成分和研究物质的结构是光谱分析的基本内容。利用大学物理实验中线阵CCD(电荷耦合器件)作传感器件光谱分析的方法进行理论和实验研究。该系统主要由光栅、CCD传感器及数据采集卡、计算机等部分组成。实验表明该测量系统具有较高的测量精度,特别适用于瞬态过程的光谱分析。
The analysis of the chemical constituents and structure of material by applying characteristic spectrum of radiation is the basic idea of spectral analysis. In this paper the method of spectrum analysis, linear array of CCD (Charge Coupled Devices)as sensor, has been studied in theoretically and experimentally. This system is composed of grating, CCD sensor and data collection card, computer and so on. It shows that this system has higher measuring accuracy; especially it is suitable for transient-state spectral analysis.
