西部高校科技期刊中的现存问题及对策研究

Study on the Existing Problems in Scientific and Technological Journals of Western Universities and Countermeasures

新时期西部高校科技期刊必须承担起两个关键性的社会使命——提升教学科研水平、加强学科建设;为经济社会发展服务。文章从学术理论引导、科技期刊建设、稿件来源、编辑素质与待遇等方面分析了西部高校科技期刊存在的问题,并针对以上问题提出相应措施,以期在完成两大使命的大前提下,不断提高办刊质量,提升学术水平。

New Era scientific and technological Journals of western universities must take up two key social missions - enhancing the level of teaching and research and construction of curricula; Servicing for economic and social development. This paper analyzed the existent problems in scientific and technological Journals of western universities based on academic theory leading, construction of scientific and technological journal, sources of manuscripts, editing quality and to propose appropriate measures to address the above problems, to improve journal quality and to enhance academic standards under the premise of completing two missions.
