摘要
在民国时期的各种政治集体行动中,声望、人缘和地缘往往被赋予了降低各方面"交易成本"和打破人际壁垒的政治期望。本文在对大量的中共组织档案资料、政策文件,有关人物的日记书信、文集选集、口述回忆,以及当时的报刊等综合分析后发现,新中国在它成立前后任命各地省(区)主席(主任)时,也尽可能充分地运用了他们身上所具有的声望、人缘与地缘,以使人民政权的施政意志在新旧鼎革之际更为广泛深入地抵达全国各地。
In the Republic of China,reputation,popularity and geographical relations were endowed with the political expectation of reducing 'trading cost' and building interpersonal relationships.Based on study of relevant literature,this paper discovers that,before and after its foundation,when appointing the Provincial Chairmen,the People's Republic of China made use of their reputation,popularity and geographical relations to implement the political will of the people to achieve better effects.
