摘要 GPS手机及安装了车载GPS系统的出租车的应用越来越广泛。以此为背景,首次提出将GPS手机、GSM网络、安装了GPS系统的出租车及GIS应用结合起来的方式进行出租车呼叫与调度。针对嵌入式设备的特点以及系统需求,客户端手机采用经过处理的栅格数据进行电子地图显示,服务器端采用矢量数据进行电子地图显示。该方案具有成本低、速度快以及能有效降低出租车空载率的特点。此外,基于该方案,已经开发出了具有自主知识产权的南京大学基于GPS的出租车呼叫与调度系统软件。 The mobile phone and the taxi both of which has GPS system have been more and more widespread. On this background, a scheme, called taxi calling and scheduling system based on GPS is proposed, which integrates GPS mobile phone, GSM networks, the taxi with GPS, and GIS. The proposed system, based on the features of embedded system' s hardware and the demanding of the system, uses the raster data to display electronic map on the client side and uses the vector data to display electronic map on the server side. The scheme is not only innovative, but also low-cost, fast and effective to reduce the rate of the taxi-drivers who drive without aim. Moreover, this scheme is implemented with independent intellectual property rights licensed by Nanjing University.
