顽固性高血压防治的进展
摘要
顽固性高血压（refract or yorresistant hypertension，rHTN）系指在应用改善生活方式和包括利尿剂在内，至少用3种足量抗高血压药物治疗后，仍不能将血压控制至治疗目标水平者，又称难治性高血压。此外，新近诊断为高血压或尚未接受治疗的高血压患者，不论其血压水平有多高，不包括在本定义中。
