数字对象标识符(DOI)系统是标识及解析任何数字对象的一种内容识别符系统,它由编码规则、元数据框架、解析系统和有关规则4个基本部分组成,为数字资源版权保护提供了一种基于内容的保护机制,并且它在数字版权管理中还具有广泛的应用前景。与DOI在国外的发展现状相比较,我国有必要大力推广中文DOI系统的应用。

The Digital Object Identifier （DOI） system is a kind of content identifier system used to mark and resolve any digital objects. It consists of 4 parts： coding rules, metadata framework, resolving system and relevant rules, providing a content-based protection mechanism for protecting the copyright of digital resources. DOI has a broad application prospect in digital fight management. Compared with the development of DOI abroad, it＇ s necessary to popularize and apply DOI in China
