抗纤灵冲剂干预单侧输尿管梗阻模型大鼠血清胱抑素C改变的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察抗纤灵冲剂对单侧输尿管梗阻模型大鼠血清胱抑素C的影响。方法将72只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、UUO模型组、UUO抗纤灵组。行单侧输尿管结扎术,治疗7、14、21、28d后分批腹主动脉取血检测血清胱抑素C的浓度。结果模型组大鼠血清胱抑素C显著升高,与正常组及(或)假手术组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);抗纤灵组、科素亚组血清胱抑素C明显下降,与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗纤灵冲剂具有和科素亚同样的保护肾功能,减轻肾间质纤维化的作用。 Objective To observe the levels of serum cystatin-C alteration of renal interstitial fibrosis in rats after unilateral ureteral obstruction and evaluating clinical effect ofKang Xian Ling Decoction (KXLDN). Methods 72 specific-pathogen flee Sprague-Dawley rats were unilaterally obstructed by ligation of the proximal ureters and randomly divided into normal control, sham-operated, model control group and (KXLDN) and Cozaar treatment groups. Respectively, on the first, second, third week, fourth week after treatment, detecting the serum cystatinC. Results The levels of serum cystatin-C were markedly higher than sham-operated and normal control groups (P〈0.01). After KXLDN and Cozaar of therapy, there was significantly different between treatment group and model control group (P〈0.01). Conclusion KXLDN has significantly better effects on treatment of renal interstitial fibrosis in rats after unilateral ureteral obstruction, to relieve renal interstitial fibrosis and ameliorate renal function and decrease the levels of cystatin-C also. Nephro-protective effect of Kang Xian Ling decoction on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats after unilateral ureteral obstruction as Cozaar.
