摘要
目的观察独活寄生汤治疗肿瘤骨转移的疗效。方法96例患者分成两组:50例治疗组用独活寄生汤剂及止痛治疗;46例对照组仅用止痛治疗。结果治疗组能提高疗效、生活质量、减少骨事件发生。结论独活寄生汤联合止痛治疗使肿瘤骨转移患者获益。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bone metastases treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction. Methods 96 cases were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated by Duhuo Jisheng decoction and analgesic treatment; control group in which 46 cases were treaded only by analgesic treatment. Results The treatment group could improve clinical symptoms, quality of life and fewer accident occurred of bones. Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined analgesic treatment is very effective for bone metastases.
