November 1,2009,the homepage of a recruitment information website was almost occupied by the recruitment information of logistics enterprises or logistics parks.According to a customer service,most of the recruitment information published on the website recently was from the industry of logistics,only ranked after positions for sales personnel.In the positions supplied by the clients of the website,most of them are positions of porters,stevedores,local deliverymen and long-distance supercargoes. At present,the mainstreams of employees are the generations after 80s and after 90s;their purposes of employment have become from the need of living to developing,therefore,arrangements for accommodation and the low salaries cannot attract them any more. From this August,the employee scarcity has been appearing in Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River delta of China,and spreading with great speed to the field of logistics.Faced with the severe situation of employment,logistics enterprises have to seek more channels to employ.
