男护士工作价值观与离职倾向相关性的研究 被引量:23

摘要 目的了解男护士工作价值观、离职倾向现状,探讨两者之间的关系。方法对哈尔滨市6所医院、大连市2所医院的65名男护士进行问卷调查。采用护士一般情况调查表、工作价值观量表、离职倾向量表进行调查。结果男护士工作价值观各维度得分以平均值降序排列依次为情感型价值观、认知型价值观、工具型价值观;离职倾向各维度得分以平均值升序排列依次为离职意愿Ⅰ、离职意愿Ⅱ、离职意愿Ⅲ。工具型价值观与离职倾向呈正相关(r=0.393,P=0.008)。结论鼓励男护士对高层次需要的追求和满足是降低男护士离职倾向的正性激励措施,护理管理者应重视提高临床男护士工作满意度,从而避免离职倾向的产生。 Objective To analyze the correlation between work values and turnover intention among male nurses. Methods Sixty - five subjects in 6 hospitals of Harbin and 2 hospitals of Dalian were enrolled by convenience sampling, and were investigated with a work values scale and turnover intention scale. Results The three subseales of work values in descending sequence were affective work values,cognitive work values,and material work values. The three subscales of turnover intention in ascending sequence were turnover intention Ⅰ,Ⅱ , and Ⅲ And the score of material work values was positively correlated with turnover intention ( r = 0. 393, P = 0. 008 ). Conclusion Encouraging male nurses to pursue high -level work values will reduce their tendency of demission. Administrators should give great consideration on improving male nurses' job satisfication in order to reduce their turnover intention.
