摘要
目的探讨护理本科生自我效能感、专业态度与操作技能之间的相关性。方法采用一般自我效能感量表、护理本科生专业态度问卷对99名护理本科生的自我效能感、专业态度进行测量,同时收集其《护理学基础》操作技能考核成绩。结果护理本科生自我效能感、专业态度与操作技能成绩之间的相关系数分别为0.420和0.291,均为P<0.01。结论护理本科生自我效能感、专业态度与操作技能成绩呈正相关。
Objective To explore the correlation of self- efficacy,professional attitudes,and nursing skills of udergraduate nursing students. Methods Ninty - nine nursing students were enrolled by convenience sampling and were investigated with General Self- efficacy Scale and a self- designed questionnaira of professional attitudes. Meanwhile, their scores of Fundamental Nursing were collected. Results The nursing skill scores of undergraduate nursing students were significantly correlated with their self - efficacy ( r =0. 420 ,P 〈0.01 ) and with their professional attitudes(r =0.29l ,P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions The self - efficacy and professional attitudes of undergraduate nursing students are significantly correlated with their performance of nursing skills.
