Current status and prospect of theoretical research on the core competencies of nurses in China

综述了当前护士核心能力理论现状,提出护士核心能力的涵义、基本要素及特性的新观点,为构建护士核心能力理论体系,开展护士核心能力培养、教育提供理论支持。

This paper summarized the current status of theoretical research on the core competencies of nurses, and proposed some new viewpoints about its definition, constituent and characters. It can provide theoretical insight for building the theoretical system of nurses＇ core competencies and developing nurse training on the core competencies.
